I had a text link until just recently and no button... it might have been related to the display version of the boards that I'm using
 
even when it was the text link I only used the post reply rarely... mainly when I didn't want a signature on it...
 
Mostly for in game stuff.

Mine is terribly out of game...

Hey, I just hit third place last night. Number two has just over twice mine and Tieran has just shy of three times my post count. I can't even imagine posting that much.
