Everyone please remember that you can leave notes when you use PayPal to let me know exactly which weekend and for which person(s) you are paying for...

we need to start figuring a way to find out which PC people intend to play. logistics is guessing and the players are showing up pissed that we printed the wrong card like we are supposed to have read thier minds.

Paypal lets you send notes with payment right? Maybe have them put the character name there. Or ask players to send a note to logistics right after they pay with the character name and spell/skill/build selections.

Is there a way to customize paypal and add a required field? IE your payment will not be processed without this information...

Even if it forces a player to write "I know I"m playing but not sure which character yet" that's fine, because at least then you know.

I think your best bet is to use the Notes section when you pre-reg for the event!

I am now composing a message to logistics explaining that I will be playing Flint in May, and to request my current character card/BPs.

I think a customized form that must be filled out when pre regging is a great idea and would take some strain off of log staff. Perhaps a blocker page that comes up when you hit the pre reg link on the HQ site. I would certainly benefit from this personally as I am a forgetful bastage a lot of the time.

make a pre-logistics form...needs to be filled out before the event and sent to Logistics...have have real name, character name, any production they need, spells and other tages...this way you can preset folders for anyone who has pre-logisted...this is what Caldaria does..It should work great... :D

Just sending Logistics an e-mail after using Paypal is fine. Whatever the case, just let us know so we are sure to print the right card.

I don't know what I have to do But I know I will be there for the may event. I'm going to be a NPC. I'm not gonna have dinner I'll bring my own. Just let me know if I need to pay or anything I know I have a 3 month membership. I honestly don't know what to do. Please let me know!

if yer NPCing and you have a membership, just show up and kick butt. Make sure when you arrive you sign up on the NPC list (which i believe is usually in moster camp) so logistics can properly reward you for all your efforts after the game.
