Please do not send in any more registrations. Seriously. We've received four people who have pre-registered past the deadline, and even though most added an extra $10 (I assume for a late fee), we can't have any more pre-registrations.

You see, many of us will be up at the site on Wednesday for the Symposium and won't be able to get reception. If you pay late, we may not get it and then you'll just have to pay at the door.

Further, there are a LOT of people on this list, and logistics is swamped. It's just not fair to them.

If you show up at the door, the registration fee is $70. Please note that we cannot accept credit cards at the door, so bring cash, money order, or a check. You can also donate for food at the door!

Sort of a side note, but would Logistics like current character cards, and then an updated one closer to the event, or should we wait and just have them sent closer to game?

I'm going to assume they'll want more updated ones closer to the event. Matt Watkins can correct me if I'm wrong.

We will ask for character cards closer to the event..Its always good to bring a card from the last event you played as well, last national we did not receive some transfers so it took a good amount of time getting them from other databases.

I sent an email when I paid to reserve a cabin. It does not show that one is reserved for me, so did it not go through? Just need to know whether or not we got a cabin :).

Hi Mike!

Myself (Stacey Beshers), George Hirst, Jeremy Davis, and Albert Lamond would like to request a cabin please. If rumors are to be believed, they all just sent in their pre-reges. Thank you! If there is an email address I missed I need to send this to, can someone let me know? Also... as a personal thing, can we request the Dragon cabin ;)

Each and every pre reged PC should be sending their character history to Alliancenationalplot2012@gmail.com as per viewtopic.php?f=158&t=13056 because if we get it before June 30 we are 100% promising personal plot to everyone who submits before the deadline, and yet to date we have 2 submissions.

PLEASE NOTE: We have added an additional private room. For those familiar with the site, it will be where the Ashbury Mage's Guild usually is. In keeping with the elemental theme, we shall call it air.

It has electricity and is a good size room with an alcove that can fit a queen sized air mattress. It currently does not have a door, but does have a wall hanging covering it. There are currently no bunks in it either.

Stacey has first crack at it if she would prefer it over a cabin, but if she declines, the first $40 gets it. I'll let you know if she declines.

Stacey is staying with the cabin, so the fourth private room goes to the first $40. It has electricity and should easily sleep 4.
