Pre-reg for Dec 1st-2nd Now open

<3 Seenntt.

Unfortunately, I will be missing this event as I've been working the last two weeks straight in preparation for Black Friday weekend and really need some time to reset.

Edit: I'll be there on Saturday morning and afternoon to NPC, but not Saturday evening or Sunday.

Sent, and now the countdown until Saturday begins.

only two days left!

I think a certain owner needs to get their pre-reg in as well. :p

I'm awfully busy this weekend, I was just going to make Paul pretend to be the owner. Of course if I do that I might not get to come back and be owner any more. (Ponders)

As much as I love you all, I have no way to get to the site and I don't have larp stuff with me at college (should have thrown out those silly pillows and bedding to make room for boffers) :c

Hopefully I'll see you all again in 2013

Hey Guys,

We will be arriving in town at an ungodly early hour but would love to meet anyone for breakfast prior to game either in the cities or close to site. Anyone up for a pre game breakfast outing?

Unfortunately, Jen's schedule is up in the air for the weekend, so planning anything I think is pretty much out the window at the moment. But, I would like to recommend the village inn http://www.villageinn.com/locations/700736 since I've had good experiences with them! (I often try to convince Jen to let me eat there when we're in the area.) Just thought I'd chip that in. :D

I'm game for breakfast! Although I have to ask, what time is an "ungodly hour?"

I would recommend staying on the east side of the cities as that will give you a better route up to the site. If you want to eat right next door to the site I would go with Tim's recommendation as it is literally within 10 miles of the site.

However, if you stray closer to the cities, I would offer up the following contenders:
The Uptowner Cafe: http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-uptowner-café-on-grand-st-paul-2 - St Paul - opens at 6am
or
The Colossal Cafe: http://www.yelp.com/biz/colossal-café-st-paul-2#query:Best Breakfast - St Paul - opens at 6am

My recommendation for BEST breakfast in the cities though goes to Barbette! http://www.yelp.com/biz/barbette-minneapolis
Awesome bloody mary's, fresh baked goodies, and an eggs benedict that is out of this world! Although, it only opens at 8am, and is located in Minneapolis, so not really a contender if we want to make the 9am game time :)

Lastly, I do have to plug my local Woodbury! Not only is it free of walkers, it also happens to be on your route from Chicago! :)
The Woodbury Cafe: http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-woodbury-cafe-woodbury - Opens at 6am
or
Keys Cafe: http://www.keyscafe.com/woodbury-mn/ - Opens at 7am

Paul,
I know that I am always up for breakfast...

Ryan,
Assuming we leave on time, "Ungodly" looks to be somewhere around say 2-3 am unless someone in the traveling party has a lead foot. >_>

-Daphne

How dare you accuse me of having a lead foot... its more like tungsten.... :)

and technically everyone in the Daphne-mobile is up for breakfast....

Much love and can't wait to see you all.

Vicki

Hey, I completely plan on sleeping through breakfast and being anti-social...lol

I can't get a hold of Mr. Benike (our host)...Ryan pick a place and call meh :)

Paul

I'll find something that'll work. That or I could just make you all a big breakfast. Let me know your preference.

-Ryan Benike

i would be fine with some Benike musings over the stove.
