To clarify: is the former celestial guild room being used as a private room again, or is it once more available for public use? (So I know whether I'm propping it or not.)

That's likely up to the setup for the weekend depending on the IG location. But for Fairdale events, the upstairs room is the mage's guild.
 
I don't need it so if folks want to rent it go ahead. If not I'm sure we can drum up something to use it for.
