Announcing Preregistration for our April 2019 Weekend
April 26-28 at Camp Talahi

The price for this event is $65, and anyone who preregisters or purchases our Season Pass will save $10 off the cost of the event!
Food will be available for the cost of $10 for three meals.

The Event will be a Playtest of the Alliance 2.0 Prerelease Rules

Preregistration is Important
It allows us to get people through Logistics and into Game quickly and efficiently
If you're planning on coming to the Event, please Preregister in the CMA​

When Preregistering in the CMA you must do all of the following no later than 11:59 pm on April 21st, in order to qualify for the discounted price:

• Select a Character who you intend to play at the Event
  • Spend any available XP you have to buy Skills
  • If you need an XP reset to try a new Character Build contact Logistics (Only available during the 2.0 Prerelease Playtest)
  • If you plan to NPC for the whole Event: Choose the Character you wish to receive credit for the Event, check the NPC box, and in the Notes Section list the Character you wish to receive your NPC Blanket for the Event
• For Players who intend to PC for the Event, in the Notes Section include the following information
  • A list of your Magic Items updated for the 2.0 Ruleset (You can use this Google Sheet to convert your items, if you have questions contact Logistics)
  • If you have High Magic and/or Production Skills you wish to receive at Logistics list that production.
  • If you have Spells, create and select a Memorization List, for your spells (on the second screen after clicking "Create Character preregistration".

(For those of you with Production Skill or High Magic, remember that the Prerelease Playtest allows you to make use of those skills during the course of the Event)

• Notes about the site
  • This is a new site for us (though one a few people have played at in the distant past)
  • There are three main buildings.
    • Lakeview (NPC Camp)
    • Ridgeview (PC Cabin) - Broken into three long rooms with the ability to sub-divide the side rooms into smaller spaces.
    • Lodge (Tavern)
  • There are a couple of smaller buildings that we may have access to but do not have power/heat.
  • There's a lot of open/forested space and trails

Thanks to everyone who registered and got the discounted price. If you haven't registered and are planning on coming to the Event, please make sure you do so in the CMA before Thursday (when I plan on printing your Sheets/Battle Boards).
