Chickens are born, hatched, and saran wrapped. They are made of marshmallow when they emerge from the egg. If they survive Easter they have a life choice to make on the cusp of chicken-maturity. Go the route of the Grand Turnip, or bear the mantle of Lord Mauradacock. What shall it be little chicken? Will you bleed or will you merely ooze an indistinguishable veggie ooze?

It's really up to the chicken what it wants to be. A chicken is a chicken whether it be veggie or meaty. Both are delicious. However, the choice is for the chicken alone to make.

You cannot argue a hen's will!

This has been an installment of Alliance Science, brought to you by John Hencock Inc.

*EDIT: This is a scientific breakdown of the life-cycle of a normal chicken. This has nothing to do with the perilous and violent life an Underdark Chicken endures. Those things are effed. Do not even think of persuing an Underdark Chicken hunt if you cannot breath noxious fumes or don't possess low-light vision. The barb fixed to the end of its beak dangley will snuff you out faster than a batarang.

Quorn is pretty good, as far as fake chicken goes. However it's not vegan, if that's at issue. It can be pretty dry, so cut up and in a stir-fry or pot pie is a good way to serve it.

And being made from mycoprotein (some kinda fungus) I bet it grows quite well in the underdark too.

Looks like it's available in a few stores in PA: Giant (and Giant Eagle, and Giant Food Stores), Wegman's, Whole Foods Markets, some other places, and the one Genuardi's by my house.

Quorn is what I was thinking of donating. They have pre-cut cutlets that are easily and quickly cooked as well as pretty tasty. Not vegan, but they're gluten free which I know is a big thing for a few people at HQ.

Justin, if I ever have any question about how anything in life works, I'm coming to you for an explanation. :funny:

Guys, please.......

I really don't want to know WHAT is in the food I am eating.

Rat feces mostly.

HQ Food Committee assures the player base that meals are in fact 100% rat, and their byproducts, free. However HQ Food Committee makes no promises in the event of lack of donations that the bats and/or birds that get trapped in the mod area will not be used as a "suppliment" should the need arrise.

note: bill can't promise the top BECAUSE fda allows a certain amount of aforementioned critters in our food already

Sometimes I wish this forum had 'like' buttons similar to facebook. :funny: Bill. That's awesome :)

I wasn't talking about HQ food, I was talking about food in general as I assumed Mike was.

HQ food is healthy and nutritious! And Bill is very clean and hygeinic.

My only purpose was to make Miks S squirm a little more.

Someone should moderate my posts cause I'm bad. I'm going to report and then moderate myself.

Dear Toddy,

It was nice knowing you. Now that you've threatened Bill's wild tresses with confinement in a hair net, I fear it's now coming for you. You see, Bill's hair is a sentient beast-symbiote from the days of pillaging sea pirates. It has been passed down through the generations, each bearer more scurvey than the last. Strangely enough, Bill is the first recipient to not actually HAVE the scurvz. It was Bill's two-weapon style that drew the beast's attention. The two have been inseparable for years now. Their bond is stronger than horse glue. And now, with your willy nilly hair net comment, I fear a hulkishly strong tendril of taught red twine is inching its way closer to you as I type this missive.

You might be strong enough. I've seen your power.

Down with hair nets. Up with lemon chicken!

Love,

Justin
