The Dark Knight (Spoilers)

The way i see it the Joker tricks him and tells him the opposite locations.

My opinion on the switchup:
Joker's a mad dog, all he wants to do is stir the pot. He did it to get Batman crazed, to see if even the Dark Knight would give in and do something against his code (or at least go nutsy).

the man is already nutsy...he's the dark knight...not the good knight or the light knight or any other good thing...he's dark...he's nutsy...its why we love him...the only thing that makes his murder better than the joker's is that we sometimes like the ones the joker kills so that makes us not like the joker...they're both murderers and psychologically screwed up..i only like batman because his outfit is cooler than the jokers...

Who does batman Murder? Harvey? Was that really a murder?

Joker truely Murders. If anyone where killed because of the Bat....He didn't intend to KILL them.

umm but that's what a vigilante does...he kills people..in his own mind its the "bad" people...but i'm sure he has killed and isn't feeling guilty...superman and batman go at it...

thats my problem...I"M very goth...i wear dark colors if not black all the time...but i play a gypsy in alliance so i guess TZYDL would like the joker's outfit because its green and purple which she wears ALOT....however *I* like batman's :D

If Superman and Batman go at it, is it really a fight at all?

Superman is PETRIFIED of Batman. Read "The Dark Knight Returns" for Batman beating Superman almost to death. And in the "No Man's Land" series Batman scares off supes by just putting his hand beind his back and smiling. (Supes knows Batman has Luthor's old Kryptonite ring)

Superman knows that Batman is WAY smarter than he is, and if Batman has time to prepare the battleground Mr. Kent is NOT going to win.

toddo...i don't know you...but my respect for you just quadrupled....i've never heard it better said ...although 70% of batman's "superhumanness" comes from his unlimited funds...the other 30% is a slight tick of mental awareness that knows the "right" thing needs to be done and he doesn't give a rats behind what needs to be done for that to happen..superman is a pansy who has to look like a cereal box hero

Who needs it, shooting X-rays from your eyes just leads the missles right to you.

Favorite quote between batman and superman come from Kingdom Come:

Batman to Superman: "Say whatever you want, but they fear me more than they EVER repected you."

Okay, movie was awesome, and totally loved Heath, we'll miss ya man.

The detonators thing. I totally convinced myself that they did in fact get their own detonators, and here's why. Joker was totally trying to turn everyone in Gotham against each other, make everyone fear their neighbors, strike out against each other, anarchy. So, the most likely scenario is the convicts say "Eff that, they go now!" and trigger their detonator, blowing themselves up, while the "innocent" people on the other ship are standing there staring at their detonator going "I didn't push it! Did you push it? NO!" Then, when they pull into the docks, everyone else totally believes that they blew up the other boat, despite their feeble protests of not doing so, making them all evil in the eyes of the other citizens, and then making the passengers resentful of the other citizens for suspecting them and not believing their story, thus spreading lots more chaos and anarchy in the hearts and minds of everyone. The way they went was fine and all, but that's what my brain jumped to when the whole thing started out.

And yeah, vanishing pencil. Too cool for school.
