If I were to combine Foundation Blow with Precise Blow would the result be “30 spellstrike body” in place of “30 spellstrike flame” if I were using a sixth level evocation bolt as my signature spell?

Per location bonuses are not doubled. It should be:
Up to 48 for armor
2-6 for genre/mastercraft
8 for real material bonuses=up to 62 points of armour.
