Now that there seems to be an active moderator team, will there be an update on any specific forum rules besides the good sportsmanship rule?

Also, who would we contact if we have an issue with a moderator?

While there have been small bits of moderation when the situation strongly warranted it, the final regulations for the forums are not yet finalized. They will be coming soon, along with a process for adjudication.

I know it's taking a little while.. the team is trying hard to come up with a good set of rules that will work for everyone, and also to make sure the process can be as fair and unbiased as possible.
