hmmm... it would seem better ot just call them desserts as to categorize them as what they leave behind means that you could only cook them in a warm arid environment... or something...

actually you dont cook mine at all, you have to cool it for 1 hour to harden it but thats it, well the warm arid environment would help melt the chocolate though.
