Sadly, there are far, far too many asteroids of impermanent position in the Belt to nail down one as the thirtieth.

Also, the Moon is closer to the sun than the Earth is nearly half the time, and there are smaller bodies with solar orbits interior the Earth's as well. A fun example is 2010 TK7, which has a better claim than earth at being the 3rd rock.
