I guess I just want to clarify for sure - with this as a chance to "rebuild" our characters, does this mean we can add skills without having been taught them (within reason)?

I won't be at Traverse in September but I agree with Joe - having two playtests is better than having just one. Also I'll be at SoMi in September and I believe they are also playtesting that month too so I guess technically I *will* be getting two playtests.
