By enforcing incants, are we casting five spells at each other per round? What exactly are the winning terms (bound silenced etc) Are 9th circle spells bring restricted? Is high magic being permitted, ie can use of augmentation bypass incantation requirements? Are spells required or is channel...

Will Shields be limited in any way? Their sizing restrictions were relaxed recently due to the addition of the strike skills. Disallowing those skills but allowing the larger shields could be unfair in one-on-one combat.

Thanks for the catch and the clarification. The other use of Herbal Lore currently is a build sink that must be paid before Alchemy can be purchased, which does not increase the cost of later purchases of Alchemy. I'm all for removing the Herbal Lore skill but it would make the powerful Alch 3...
