In defense of Humans

So any one with racial skills basically can't be race changed? even with dragon magic? How the heck does that work with the threatened race change for not properly repping?

Actually nevermind gonna toss this over to the rules forum as us rule trolls love this stuff :)
 
Racial Skills will be lost, but other skills cannot be changed.

If you have any skills (other than Racials) that the other race can't have or that the other race pays a higher price for (forcing you into negative build) then the Race Change doesn't work.

Curious: If Race changed to a Scavvy, I would assume you get to pick what type and pick your new Racials.
