Riddles

I've found that it is very rare for a creature's limbs to stretch skyward after it is killed.

But I suppose its possible.

I have no heart to watch a poor creature die. So it is just a riddle to me.

As for dhe last one, it is nye dhe alphabet. Try again! You shall get it anon, I bet. :)

Tieran, many insects end up on their backs once dead. My guess is because they're top heavy, though in the case of the centipede that doesn't quite hold true. Come to think of it, I'm not sure I've ever seen a dead centipede.

Cene'pedes is good eats, mang. When theys cooked in soup, they floats legs up, gotta pick tha legs out though. There's a nose in every language, dat right, mang? Smudge

Ezri, you may be speaking of insects that die of natural causes.

I was not.

Unless the underside of a boot falls under natural causes for insects. I guess that would be along the lines of swords being natural causes for monsters.

Hey! You are nye supposed to put up a new one 'til mine gets solved. Lua doi! Nye fair! :D

Dhe answer to yours is a tree or some sort o' plant, yes? As a seedling it eit'er falls to dhe ground or flys away from its parent like in little brown husks dhat spin like dancers. When it rains, dhe roots take hold into dhe Eart'. A plant grows quickly and dhe larger it gets, dhe fart'er down dhe roots go.

Is right, yes?

Anyvay, it speaks dhe words. Is anot'er hint in order, mayhap?

It can nye create any new words.

Excellent riddle. I would not have thought of that for some time.

I look forward to you stimulating my mind in the future with further riddles.

Anot'er batch then, ah? I do enjoy hearing your guesses. You are a group of quick individuals. :D

A woman has 7 children, half of them are boys. How can this be possible?

How many months have 28 days?

Lighter than what I am made of,
More of me is hidden than is seen,
I am the bane of the mariner,
A tooth within the sea.
Speak my name.

and one more:

Alive as you but without breath,
As cold in my life as in my death;
Never a thirst though I always drink,
Dressed in a mail but never a clink.
What be I?

Looking forward to some answers!
