I think that might just be where you're rolling.

I've not come across a general feeling of hatred for gypsies over here.

Well, except from Tieran, but he hates every gypsy he's never met.
 
We've got (of all things) a gypsy knight in hq... she's certainly not widely despised.
 
She's ok.

Most of the time.

She's an excellent gypsy.

But her character is terribly broken. ;-)
 
She's not 50th...

Powergaminess is not all to do with build expenditure.

If you want to go purely off of build, then there is no way I even could qualify for being a powergamer.

She even admits herself that Glori is broken.

my char is only 8th level...or 7th...i can't remember...heheheh but HEY i got her rituals cast this weekend!!!! NO bad things happened!!! ::doing the no backlash dance::

Last was the NJ 4th of July event.

Next is the Ohio event next weekend.

Well the Ohio site is about 5 hours from the house, and the HQ one about 3 hours.

Living in Upstate NY leaves nothing really close.

Ahh for the days I lived in North Jersey, 1.5 hours to HQ, 1.5 hours to NJ.

Except for the smell it was great.
 
i have friends that lived in upstate new york..i LOVE it...but they were VERY upstate...like..near canada
 
We're in Rochester, which is not all that far from Canada.

I like the area.

Its very relaxed.
